Welcome to Green Acres! The Office Staff, Head Staff, Camper Relations Team and Directors are here to ensure that your children have an incredible camp experience. We are available to you by phone or by email to answer any of your questions or concerns!!

• Our Parent Meet & Greet: For campers starting June 29th is taking place Wednesday, June 24 from 5:00-6:30 pm (open to all registered campers, more info).
• If your child is not feeling well, please keep them at home. If your child is going to be absent from Camp, call the Camp Office (905-887-1400) before 7:45 a.m.
• Campers taking the bus will be notified of bus times on the Wednesday prior to the start of their session.
• Eating/drinking on the bus is NOT permitted (water is allowed). Parents/guardians are NOT permitted on the bus.
• Morning Drop Off (driving to Camp): You will receive a drop off time slot (8:50 or 9:05) by email on the Wednesday prior to your child’s start of camp. Enter at Terminal 4 (our main entrance). Our GA staff will help your children and their bags in and out of the car — we ask that parents NOT get out of their vehicles.
• Afternoon Pick Up — NEW!: Unlike the morning, you will park your car and walk in to pick up your camper. Enter at Terminal 3 (a different entrance than morning drop-off) no earlier than 4:00 pm (4:15 pm on the first two days of camp, June 29th and 30th). Walk to your camper’s unit sign, give the head staff your release code and pick up your camper(s).
• Early Pick Ups: Please call the office in advance. Upon arrival, remain in your car or walk to the “Welcome to Camp” sign; your child will be brought to the front gate. Early pickups are until 3:00 pm only.
• Late Drop Offs: Please call the camp office upon arrival and remain in the car until a staff member meets you at the gate.
• Label All Belongings: Please label everything (water bottles, goggles, underwear, etc.) with the camper’s first and last name to ensure lost items can be returned.
• Pizza Day: Every Wednesday is PIZZA DAY! Two slices of cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza are included in your camp fees.
• Medication: Should be given to the bus captain or the Carpool Supervisor in original packaging with the ‘Parental Authorization’ form. Never send medication inside a child’s bag.
• To keep all the campers and staff safe and healthy, parents are not allowed on-site during Camp time.
