Leadership Training Program

Multiple Sibling Discount
Take 5% off the Camp Fee for the second child and take 25% off the camp fee for the third or fourth child! We offer one of the best sibling discount policies!
Enrolment must be for a minimum of 2 weeks. Children must be siblings residing in the same home for discounts to apply. Discounts are applied to the lowest camp fee. Discount does not apply to Optional Camp Activities and Services and Transportation.
Green Acres Optional Illness Insurance
$15/Week Per Child
At the time of enrolment, parents may choose to sign up for the Green Acres Optional Illness Insurance which covers against the possibility that a camper may have an extended absence or need to withdraw from Camp as a result of illness or injury (proof of illness may be required). If your child misses more than two consecutive days of camp, a refund will be issued for the third consecutive missed day and onwards, not including the first two days (ex. Your child misses Monday to Friday, you will only receive a refund for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
If coverage is desired, just add the Green Acres Illness Insurance to your camp fees at registration – this cannot be added once your Application for Enrolment has been confirmed.
The Fine Print
Please note that a 2.4% service fee will apply for payments using credit cards. There are NO service fees for eCheck(EFT) payments.
Camp fees are deductible as a child care expense.
Refund Policy
a) Your deposit is refundable if we cannot confirm your application
b) If you must cancel your application:
- Prior to December 1, 2026, cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee per child.
- As of December 1, 2026, your $500 deposit per child is non-refundable. Up to May 1, 2027, a refund will be issued for the remainder of Camp Fees paid.
- After May 1, 2027, Camp Fees are NOT refundable and are NOT eligible for a credit for Summer 2028. ONLY if the Government and/or Public Health does not allow camps to open will you receive a 100% refund on camp fees after May 1, 2027. If camps are shut down mid-season by the Government, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the days missed.
Shortening Policy
- Shortening your child(ren)’s enrolment dates (example: shortening your weeks from 6 to 4 weeks). If you must shorten:
- From September 24, 2026 to February 28, 2027, your camp fees will be adjusted for the enrolled weeks, less a service charge of $75 per session per child, and a refund will be issued.
- From March 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027, your camp fees will be adjusted for the enrolled weeks, less a service charge of $100 per session per child, and a refund will be issued.
- As of May 1, 2027, your camp fees will be adjusted for the enrolled weeks, less a service charge of $100 per session per child; a credit will be applied for the difference between the original weeks and the shortened weeks. NO REFUNDS will be available.
- Sessions may be moved within Summer 2027 at no extra cost as long as there is space availability. Extending your child(ren)’s number of weeks at camp (example: extending from 2 to 4 weeks) will be subject to availability.
- Our above refund and shortening policy will remain in effect with NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Once your child(ren)’s camp session has begun as per their enrolment, camp fees are NOT REFUNDABLE, except where Green Acres terminates a camper’s registration (see Conditions of Enrolment).
- Our fees are for a personal reservation for a specific child and household for a specific period and not a day by day fee. We therefore will not refund fees for days missed for any reason, and days missed cannot be made up. Inquire about our Green Acres Optional Illness Insurance. Fees, credits, illness insurance and other payments are not transferable to friends and/or family outside of your household. All credits must be used by the end of the following camp season.
- Cabin mate requests are made in your CampInTouch dashboard and are final as of May 1, 2027. See Green Acres Cabin Mate Request Policy.
- Refund requests are made in writing to the Camp Registrar.
- All refunds will be issued after September 1, 2027 within 30 days.
